Rosary Team Leader

Position Summary
The Rosary Team Leader serves as The Rosary Team’s primary point of contact for both outside organizations (senior care facilities and parishes) and our network of volunteers. This role focuses on building relationships, coordinating volunteer-led Rosary prayer gatherings, and fostering growth in both participation and outreach.

The Rosary Team equips volunteers with training, ongoing leadership support, and a custom software platform that manages all facility, parish, and volunteer data.This position is support-raised. Training and guidance will be provided to raise your own financial support and to launch Rosary Teams in your local area.

In this role, being support raised means that you are responsible for fundraising the financial support necessary to fund your position, you will build and maintain a network of committed donors, such as individuals, families, churches, or foundations, who believe in your mission and choose to give regularly to support your work.

It involves developing relationships, sharing your mission, inviting others to partner with you financially and spiritually, and stewarding those partnerships over time through consistent communication and gratitude.

Support raising is not just a funding strategy. It is a ministry in itself. It allows you to invite others into the mission and form a team that supports, encourages, and advances the work together.
