Leading the team on its mission to share the Rosary.

Our board members lead The Rosary Team toward its mission and purpose – to share the love of Christ with our neighbors.

teresa rodriguez

Teresa Rodriguez

Founder & President

It was as a practicing hospice nurse that Teresa encountered the spiritual needs of residents in elder care facilities and the unique needs of those facilities that she was moved by prayer and founded The Rosary Team. She dedicates The Rosary Team to Our Blessed Mother and to her mother, Marian Buchheit, who raised Teresa and her four brothers with the daily rosary.

Teresa is a wife, a mother of two children and four stepchildren and a geriatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Arts in Theology from the Augustine Institute with a focus on Evangelization & Catechesis and her Master of Science in Nursing from CU Anschutz. Teresa has led theology small group studies at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Boulder, CO for almost 20 years.

connie mackin

Connie Mackin

Treasurer

During the years that her parents were living in different elder care facilities, Connie developed a love for the residents and wanted to help meet their spiritual needs during the most important last years of life. Her own mother, Joyce, prayed the rosary with the residents of a local nursing home even though she was close to needing a nursing home herself! The invitation to serve The Rosary Team as Treasurer was accepted with joy. A recent graduate of the Catholic Biblical School, she has led prayer groups and Bible studies and loves to serve Jesus and his Church.

Connie is the wife of a deacon, mother of six, grandmother of three. She is currently working as an Accounting Manager and has seventeen years of experience in public accounting working for a variety of companies, including non-profit organizations.

susan lombardi

Susan Lombardi

Secretary

Susan has a deep prayer life with a devotion to St. Joseph, having prayed for his intercession for all family worries. As a prosecutor, Susan prayed for healing for the defendants, that they could find the right path out of their struggles. As a member of a theological small group study over 20 years, she discovered the blessings that come from building faithful communities.

Susan is a wife and a mother of two grown children. With twenty years experience as an attorney (University of Denver Law School; University of Colorado BA, Economics), Susan has fulfilled roles as: a prosecutor, a project manager, a municipal attorney, and a real estate agent. As a Rosary Team volunteer, Susan brings her deep prayer life and devotion to each rosary, so that every resident knows the powerful love of Christ.

michael markham

Michael Markham

Michael’s passion for the rosary comes from his mother’s example of leading a holy life. Although she passed nearly twenty years ago, she left Michael with a well-worn copy of the Scriptural Rosary booklet (and her rosary, of course), through which she demonstrated her trust in the Lord through numerous difficulties in her life. Her example re-ignited Michael’s dormant faith and led him to ponder God’s call in his life. He’s delighted to offer the Rosary Team guidance, prayer, technology, and other resources.

Michael is married to Michele and has two grown children. He co-founded a software business in Broomfield called Conga and recently retired as Chief Technology Officer. He will complete a Master of Arts in Theology from Catholic International University in 2024. Michael and Michele graduated from the Denver Catholic Biblical School and the Denver Catholic Catechetical School, attending at their parish, Immaculate Conception in Lafayette.
