Guiding The Rosary Team’s Mission
Providing faithful leadership in bringing the Rosary and Christ’s love to residents in senior-care facilities.

Teresa Rodriguez
Founder & President
It was while practicing as a hospice nurse that Teresa encountered the profound spiritual needs of residents living in senior-care facilities and the unique challenges faced by those communities. Many residents longed for prayer, companionship, and the comfort of their faith but had little access to regular spiritual support. Moved by prayer and a deep conviction that no one should be without the consolation prayer in their final years, Teresa founded The Rosary Team.
Teresa dedicates The Rosary Team to Our Blessed Mother and to her mother, Marian Buchheit, who, together with Teresa’s father, raised Teresa and her four brothers praying the daily Rosary.
Teresa is a wife, a mother of two children and four stepchildren, and a hospice nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Arts in Theology from the Augustine Institute and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado. Teresa led small-group theological studies at her parish in Boulder, Colorado, for nearly twenty years.

Connie Mackin
Treasurer
During the years that her parents were living in different elder care facilities, Connie developed a love for the residents and wanted to help meet their spiritual needs during the most important last years of life. Her own mother, Joyce, prayed the rosary with the residents of a local nursing home even though she was close to needing a nursing home herself! The invitation to serve The Rosary Team as Treasurer was accepted with joy. A recent graduate of the Catholic Biblical School, she has led prayer groups and Bible studies and loves to serve Jesus and his Church.
Connie is the wife of a deacon, mother of six, grandmother of three. She is currently working as an Accounting Manager and has seventeen years of experience in public accounting working for a variety of companies, including non-profit organizations.

Susan Lombardi
Secretary
Susan has a deep prayer life with a devotion to St. Joseph, having prayed for his intercession for all family worries. As a prosecutor, Susan prayed for healing for the defendants, that they could find the right path out of their struggles. As a member of a theological small group study over 20 years, she discovered the blessings that come from building faithful communities.
Susan is a wife and a mother of two grown children. With twenty years experience as an attorney (University of Denver Law School; University of Colorado BA, Economics), Susan has fulfilled roles as: a prosecutor, a project manager, a municipal attorney, and a real estate agent. As a Rosary Team volunteer, Susan brings her deep prayer life and devotion to each rosary, so that every resident knows the powerful love of Christ.

Mike Pacer
Born into a family devoted to the rosary, Mike first embraced it as his own when he began praying the rosary on his walk to and from high school. He has seen first-hand the comforting grace of the rosary in an assisted care facility as witnessed by his father’s daily rosary group.
Mike is the President of 5 Stones, a Catholic nonprofit that partners with mission-driven organizations to magnify their message and assist them in their evangelistic efforts. He is also an international speaker, award-winning author, retreat facilitator, and parish mission leader. Mike’s books include Prayers for Catholic Men, Mercy and Hope, and The Three Comings of Christ. He and his wife Lori are the Directors of Evangelize All Ministries, an apostolate that promotes God Is! – a powerful plan for parish evangelization and renewal. Mike previously practiced as a trial attorney in Chicago and its surrounding counties. He and Lori have three grown children.
